2. The site presents offers for gold and silver jewelry made by VASI-P Ltd and delivered through shipping services directly to the customer at the address he/sshe has specified.
3. These General Terms of Use supply information and contain the rules for operation and use of the site’s resources by each customer/user.
4. The regulations contained in these Terms of Use are binding upon each user for the whole time of use of the site, from the initial access to the leaving of the website.

CONDITIONS OF PLACING ORDERS AND SHIPPING PRODUCTS

11. When placing an order, the customer must specify his/her address and telephone number at which he/she can be contacted within the delivery time.
12. In case a false or wrong address and/or telephone number is specified, the order shall be considered void and not binding upon VASIGOLD.COM with consideration to shipment.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

13. All ordered items shall be delivered to the address that the customer has specified CASH ON DELIVERY (i.e. payment is due upon delivery). The Customer has to provide access to the address and possibility to receive the goods.
14. The ordered items shall be delivered within 10 work days to the address specified by the customer to the condition it is complete and valid and the order has been confirmed by telephone.
15. The ordered items shall be delivered packed with consideration to their type and the kind of transport used.
16. In case the customer can not be found within the specified time for shipment at the specified address or fails to provide access and possibility to hand over the items, the order shall be considered cancelled and VASIGOLD.COM shall be released from its obligation to perform the shipment.
17. In case the customer confirms his/her desire to receive the ordered items after expiration of the time for delivery, when he/she had not been found at the specified address, the customer shall be charged the delivery cost. This charge is due upon reception of the goods along with the price of the goods.
18. The payment of the price of the goods is performed upon their reception by the customer who has placed the order or by another authorized person to the condition that this person can confirm the identity and the reception of the goods. VASI-P Ltd shall issue payment receipt/invoice after reception of the payment from the customer and send this document to the address specified by the customer.
19. By having the ordered items received and reception confirmed by a third person on behalf of the customer who has place the order, the customer waives the right to return the items or place claims with consideration to the delivery.

DENIAL TO RECEIVE ORDERED AND DELIVERED GOODS

20. Each customer who has ordered goods from the online store VASIGOLD.COM can only deny reception of these goods in the following cases:
21. In case the delivered goods clearly do not correspond to the customer’s order and this can be established by simple inspection of the goods;
22. In case the goods or the packing have been damaged during transportation;

29. Claims for wrong size of a ring or a bracelet specified by the customer shall be disregarded. If the customer wishes so, VASIGOLD.COM may change the size to the new dimension on account of the customer and against additional payment (if necessary).

RESTRICTIONS

31. The users of VASIGOLD.COM can not copy, distribute or use text, pictures, images or parts of the site without the explicit consent of VASIGOLD.COM.
32. The users can not overload the site with fictitious orders or any other information (flood).
33. The users can not use screenshots of the site without the explicit consent of VASIGOLD.COM.
